Using Suncombe genuine OEM spare parts is the best way to guarantee the longevity Suncombe equipment offers and ensure reliable and consistent results while minimizing any downtime.
Safety and sustainability are two of the Suncombe team’s highest priorities. Due to our equipment operating with high and low temperatures and pressures, hazardous chemicals, high flowrates and utility usage, we do not condone any 3rd party parts or components for use on our equipment. Use of non-Suncombe supplied components on our machines could result in serious damage to the operator and/or equipment and may not achieve the safety and sustainability standards that we design to.
Our customers should insist on only using the highest quality of materials which only Suncombe provides. Our customer service teams are available to assist with any queries and questions, regarding the optimum operation of our equipment and questions regarding our parts and spares and place any order for your replacement parts.
To maintain the optimum reliability and continuous operation without excess downtime, our customers are encouraged to stock a backup of critical spares and consumables. Unforeseen factors, such as long manufacturing lead times and supply chain issues, can cause costly delays which we try to help our clients avoid. Our customer service teams are available to assist with any queries and questions, regarding the optimum operation of our equipment and questions regarding our parts and spares, assist in replacement purchases and can create a list of critical spares recommendations.
